~ Very less knowledgeable Managers. Utilization Targets, Vacations needs to be makeup so no Vacation. Managers shuffles themselves in other organization to safe them self from layoffs process.

flexible working hours, work from home facility for some project. onsite for most projects. less work, no weekend work.

Cons

below average salary, No hike form last 2-3. promation is hard with no clear guideline or process. Your Manager is everything and most of the time he is from another location. you will hear from Manager only once during annual ratings. nothing free not even tea/coffee
