Pros

Very innovative company with incredible potential. Fairly quick on moving into emerging technologies. Decent education opportunities available to employees even if initial training is terrible.

Cons

The majority of managers are too worried about covering their own butts and only focus on the numbers, so the actual quality of work is terrible. Countless employees with amazing talent are practically forced out of the company due to management not showing recognition for their hard work. New employees are many times left to fend for themselves due to inadequate initial training. Management is so worried about losing back fill spots that they keep incompetent contractors around wasting space instead of working to replace them.
