Benefits, health care insurance, great place to work

Cons

Bureocratic. And if the employess does not really knows their value, they might be bought and pay in their lowest price. The company does not offer a good salary compensation at the beginning, if you accept less, they will buy you for less.... and if an employee waits forever for a salary increase.
