      Aperto gives the managers a lot of freedom to run the property without the regional on their backs for every little thing.

      - Many good people - Many opportunities to work on projects outside of your core focus area

      Cons

      - If you get stuck on a bad project or an unsupportive team, you'll feel trapped and have a bad experience - From a job safety perspective - IBM only cares that you hit your billable utilization targets. If you do a good job but don't meet your utilization, you're out of luck. If you do a poor job and hit you're utilzation, you're safe.

Sie haben viele Möglichkeiten, neue Dinge zu lernen und mit intelligenten Mitarbeitern von über all auf der Welt zusammenzuarbeiten. * Es ist eine große Firma mit allen üblichen Vor- und Nachteilen, aber die meisten Leute sind freundlich und nett. * Nette und kluge Leute, mit denen Sie zusammenarbeiten , aber einige Ihrer Karrieremöglichkeiten hängen von Ihrem Manager ab. * Wirklich interessante Projekte in ganz Europa. * Aufträge für Projekte außerhalb Deutschlands sind problemlos möglich. * Sie können leicht jede Person in der Ogranisierung erreichen, unabhängig von Grad oder Stufe. * Normalerweise sitzt der Geschäftsführer wie jeder andere Mitarbeiter auf derselben Etage * Sie können problemlos von zu Hause aus arbeiten. * Technische Ausstattung war gut.

      - some of the used techology is slightly outdated, also architecture from some products. - on other hand new technology of Big Data, Cloud Solutions get adapted quickly and you can easily contribute to it.
