Can be assigned to a project outside of your skills, with no end in sight Billable utilization rules all Enrolling for training can be competitive Extremely small bonuses (less than 1%) for top contributors, or none sometimes Lots of people in higher management that get in the way of progress and do not understand the challenges of the on-the-ground implementation team
