      I couldn't find any I could mention here as a pro.

      Cons

      Not a place for internationals, they hire them and then leave them alone with a german speaking crowd. Low salaries, lower than the market.

      Pros

      Work at home, most people are very nice, professional and supportive.

      Cons

      You have to find projects, there's not much management support for that. No or very little bonuses. Unclear career path after band 9.

      just that its IBM brand. did benefit from some free training courses around agile

      Cons

      awful experience as they think from a consulting mindset in agency world. all top layer is from former consulting experience so very sales focussed. no direction and almost overnight everyone seemed to be part of iX. ix exists only in marketing otherwise everything inside is the same boring sweatshop work.
