      Pros

      Freedom since management doesn't care even when you escalate the matters.

      Cons

      Too many but here are some main points 1) Management expect NO PROBLEMS. Don't tell them bad news- They will ask you to solve ALL problems including those that are beyond your power. 2) Lazy middle management + Lip service upper management = Toxic 3) They don't bothered to develop your career, just fire fight for them.

      Access to smart people Minimal politics at the lower levels Good learning ground for the next company/ role Some genuinely good people who are left in the company. Though a good majority of good people have left Good mentoring culture in IBM (not iX)

      Not enough projects Culture of sucking up Poor leadership Lack of training (this is a pro because it teaches independence)
