      1. Employee retention 2. Not being disturbed on holidays

      1. Bosses at the Business Development department manage the department very poorly. 2. Managers forced you to do non-KRA jobs 70 to 80% of the time. 3. Top management is not supportive at all 4. Top management will always shrug off their duties 5. Top management will always blame middle and junior management for any and every issue created by top management. 6. No feedback system.

      1. Low pay 2. Crazy working hours 3. No one to cover your work when you're on leave. They make you work even when you're on leave. 4. No growth without an MBA 5. Junior employees are treated badly. Too much discrimination.
