      Pros

      Great colleagues and learning. Naresh and Vivek were awesome to work with. I learnt a lot during my tenure at ICRA and only left because I was offered a great opportunity I couldn't turn down.

      In those days, pay was below that offered by top paymasters, especially at more senior levels.
