You might meet a few decent colleagues before they burn out or quit.

Cons

Management will dump their own mistakes and problems on you. The CTO in particular loves to play the blame game instead of taking responsibility. Outdated, backward management style straight from the corporate dinosaur era. Annual salary review is a joke — always below inflation.

We strive to offer a truly flexible work environment: one that trusts our team to manage their own hours and prioritize their work-life balance. However, because we maintain a high-uptime US product, certain roles do require occasional on-call support for system outages. We recognize that on-call duties are demanding and as such, we iscuss these specific requirements openly during the initial interview process so there are no surprises and we balance the load by using our flexible scheduling policy to allow team members to 'swap' time or take extra downtime after handling off-hours issues.
