Pros

Great office environment, opportunity to travel a lot.

Cons

Extreme level of corruption, high level of frustration due to idiotic burocracy. Far-far away from the noble idea that made me pride of working for IFRC.

Pros

The people and its volunteers.

Cons

The organisation has a haphazard approach to care for staff. At times concerning treatment of international and local staff. Very little career development or continuity for delegates/employees.

Pros

I love the mission and mandate of IFRC. In the field, IFRC does great work in supporting National Societies

Cons

The bureaucracy and inability of co-workers to find solutions rather than place roadblocks at every turn is mind-numbing. A toxic environment with lots of people whose poor performance or inaction is tolerated and seemingly encouraged.
