Pros

Double pay on weekends and holidays Time and a half after 6pm Some ability to choose own schedule/ set preferences

Cons

Can be hard to get hours, especially if you only have a weekend contract Schedules come out very late There is no opportunity for growth I was told that I would not be considered for a shift leader position because I had a higher education level and they did not believe that they could count on me staying with the company very long. 3 years later, I am still an employee, though I only work weekends during the summer and some shifts during the holidays.

Pros

Possibility to take responsibility, both for business results and your own developmnet. Great vision and an inspiring business idea. Lot of opportunities, both locally and globally.

Cons

Poor comp & ben package and lower salary level compared to other companies. Other than that, it is truley a great place to work.
