Pros

Great benefits, others don't compare. You gain extensive knowledge on how to run your business. Lots of paid time off.

Cons

They say their vision is to create a better life for the many. They force their managers to work way too many hours. It is like you are married to IKEA and your family comes second. Yes, you get lots of vacation, but you are always bothered on your vacation. There is no real work life balance. They suck the life out of you and then spit on you when they are done. Not worth the pay or benefits.

Pros

Nice coworkers, respect from managers, fun environment, opportunities for advancement.

Cons

If you don't like being on your feet then this job isn't for you. As a sales associate you are required to straighten your department during closing. Customers are sometimes impatient (as with any sales job) and very confused. You must have a good attitude and patience.
