Pros

benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k management, in general, are nice people. they treat you like a person and not like an employee who is just there to work. different kinds of time off: personal, flex, vacation, etc. all acrrued based on a rate that correlates with the length of your employment. you generally get what you ask for unless a bunch of other people from your dept ask for the same time period.

Cons

the ikea shopping process can make some customers uglier than others. the uniform.
