Pros

Benefits are relatively good but fading

Cons

Stifling bureaucracy, Spout a culture that they don't live. Pay is not commensurate with skills, No accountability. Still operating in the 1990's. Promote to level of incompetence and allow the incompetent to occupy positions that should be held by professionals. This is called "Development" but it is really just cheap labor. Make large claims aboout caring for the individual while being willing to sacrifice co-workers health for profit. This while upper management are sitting safely in thier homes. Recognition of putting co-workers at risk rewarded with "Thank You" and a raise that doesn't cover the increase in health costs. Put more effort and money into thier foundations than the co-workers that make the foundations ppossible.
