      Ok for an in between job, not a career (unless you enjoy being overworked)

      Good environment and lovely people Emphasis on social events Decent prospects

      Cons

      Overworked staff, high turnover so always training new people which causes major dips in quality of work. Certain teams refuse to hire extra people to spread out the workload yet expect the quality to consistent. Rely heavily on undertrained people and do not compensate for the additional workload expected of them. New starters do not receive bonuses until after a year of employment

      Agree with your positive words about the colleagues in IMCD. Workload needs to be monitored indeed to make sure it is evenly distributed, fair point, in a way it is a consequence of a fast growing company...

      Pros

      IMCD is a fast growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit and great opportunities for personal development. Their traineeship offers a lot of freedom for recent graduates to rotate between different projects and develop themselves. By doing this I get to discover where my talents fit best.

      Cons

      There could be a more formal structure in the guidance of young professionals.

      Selfish, elitist top management who only cares about themselves. Employees are disposables. Stay away!

      Thanks for your review although we don't recognize your perception of IMCD. Facts are that our employees like to stay around -our turnover is below 10% per year- and in various countries such as Canada and France we are recognized as a Great Place To Work (GPTW).
