      Great people, low staff turnover

      Pros

      My managers were great and understanding, if I was late they asked and tried to understand why, if anything was going wrong. Same with HR.

      Cons

      No room for career advancement if you work in warehousing. There is a very low staff turnover rate so not a lot of job openings.

      The office staff are wonderfully supportive and encouraging. Company turnover is low due to the opportunities presented to grow.

      Salary could be higher for employees.
