Work at Home
Good robust benefit package
Company paid internet and phone service
No office politics
No Micro-managing
Never see boss
Cons
No good opportunities for advancement
Breaks changed from (2) 15 minute breaks to (2) 10 minute breaks
No opportunity to get to know co-workers
Tedious work
Low pay
Need to have specific support for products serviced
No interation with Senior Management (left with feeling of not important)
they really try to work with you if you are having issues, I dont think the job was easy by any means and belive that it should be known that you deal with pissed off customers and staff who are always asking questions. training should be longer than the 4 weeks they provide..way too much info for the time they give you to learn it. Managment seemed to have favorites but it was a fun department to work in.
Cons
pay was awful compared to other Dsm Jobs, high stress in my opinion, high turn over ..
Great benefits, especially paid-time off including 4 weeks of paid time immediately upon hire, great co-workers, laid-back work environment
Cons
Not enough pay compared to other financial companies, management can be a bit too nonchalant when it comes to supporting employees, promotion opportunities are few and far between, high turnover rate for new employees
