There is room for innovation, but you would have to focus only on innovation and not on your daily work, which is not so possible.

Cons

Being a bank and abiding by security best practices and policies, this is an environment where security must be your first thought when trying to implement something. Too much manual work in certain areas and an overhead because of security.
