Volunteer time, great PTO, fast paced and a great professional environment.

Cons

Career advancement is very slow. Pay is substantially lower than other organizations. Management doesn't always have it's ear to the ground. Poor communication between divisions.

Supportive team....lets you do things autonomously. Although it can differ between project and project. If you are contracting there is not too much job security

GFC causing some freezes in pay and benefits.If you are contracting there is not too much job security so best keep options out.
