      Pros

      hybrid working arrangement work life balance above average pay 14th month pay + performance bonus good environment and culture lots of in-house training course to improve yourself technically and professionally

      Cons

      - sometimes you have no time for self improvement because of workload - parking space is limited in their BGC office
