Pros

1. Many options for career development. You can apply job positions to transfer from one team to another, but you still need to follow general recruiting processes. 2. They have a learning center where you can select some training lectures (in class or online) and they cover the fee directly. I don't know the upper bound for the training costs you can use each year. Many colleagues use 1000 - 2000 euros. 3. Managers help you make career development plans and take care of your feelings as well as interests. They don't push you.

Cons

Some external guys hire people from their own company, and they do many IT development works. The internal developers then need to 'grab' assignments from them.
