Pros

The bank is transforming to tech very fast. Lot of opportunities to learn and most new technologies are adapted. Good place to work, good colleagues and managers.

Cons

Nothing much to complain about. As company is changing constantly, there might be some impact on employees but in such large orgnisation it is natural.

Pros

ING strives to create an entrepreneurial, open, collaborative, innovative and energetic culture that motivates employees. However, change is a constant to evolving business requirements. This can lead to job losses. ING is committed to helping employees to find new roles and/ or supporting them in learning new skills to better equip them for their next role.

Cons

ING’s regulatory costs increased 36.3% in 2016. The exchange management creates challenges for people but also creates new opportunities. They are stepping up their own transformation to ensure they stay relevant in a changing environment.
