      Great bank with an open culture.

      Pros

      Open to ideas, encourages ideas and people to speak up for the better of the group. Inclusive culture and multi racial company from a muti-racial country.

      Cons

      Culture can be too open/blunt for conservatives. Over emphasis on priority projects which impacts BAU activities. Can have too many meeting at times.

      Good people, good woring space, global culture for woman especially working woman. Proper salary and annual leave were provided. .

      Cons

      Self development is needed continously. There are frequent movement of managers. Internal job posting program was challenable and can change my job.
