good work life balance, good challenge.

Cons

A lot of talk about the culture and values, but senior management is not showing the good example. Pampered style Know that one day ,this will go bad. Too much senior management and too much hierarchy blocking progress of becoming a true Agile organization. Now it's only patchwork of Agile in same old structure.

ING was a great company to have an internship with. The employees and managers are all encouraging and supportive and want you to learn as much as you possibly can. The environment isn't stressful either.

Dynamic, challenging and inspiring environment. Excellent for the career build up and obtaining the invaluable experience. A lot of the possibilities to learn. Flexible work time.

Cons

Processes and procedures heavy environment. A lot of the efforts needed to achieve even smaller results. Salary evolution is modest between ranks.
