Excellent atmosphere, very good mindset, encouraging human development, lots of knowledge transfer sessions on very interesting topic, lots of cool initiatives that you could work on

Cons

Some of the process might take a lot of time to complete, but it is a think acknowledged by everyone and that will be addressed in the near future
