      It is an ambitious creative organisation changing from traditional banking to exciting new ideas. Your ideas can almost always be put into action.

      Cons

      If you do not like working hard, do not work here. Some of the more traditional staff have not left yet slowing down the pace.

      Friendly team and less pressure work wise End-end responsibility and learning across whole ing ecosystem. Decently paid for extra work or work on weekends

      No debates!everybody think he is best:( Crowded,slow in case of promotion. People try to control application and knowledge transfer poor. Less process which is integral part of IT learning
