Benefits are good, work-life balance, development and training

Cons

Very hard to move up, management, transparancy, people used to be real teamplayers but recent reorganisations changed the culture. Everyone is looking out for themselves and won't go the extra mile anymore. Although it is the same with all banks in The Netherlands.
