Pros

Good benefits and facilities in London but compensation is relatively low

Cons

The more involvement I had with Amsterdam the more difficult the job became. Very much depends on your manager and area of work but diversity, tolerance of others and differences at times was very poor. Very political environment where people are rewarded through who they know rather than what they know

Pros

- Colleagues are nice and helpful - With the right conditions, given the opportunities to develop and grow in new roles and skills - Benefits are good - Open door policy and relatively flat hierarchy, able to communicate direct with senior management.

Cons

- Compensation is on the low end, and gets worse with more years stayed in the company - Has been re-structuring and changing itself since 2008, and will need more time to stabilise the organisation - Too risk driven; do not have the right balance between risk and cost
