Large company, many departments, overall good atmosphere, interesting projects

Cons

Internals can be very patronizing towards externals and freelancers. Just because they are paid via a different payrol. Internals are very often Peter Principles.

A challenging work with a very talented team. The atmosphere was great and the work was very rewarding.

Cons

Some of the boss decisions were a bit random, and no real explanations were given. Apart from this, no real cons.
