      ING has a strong culture and is working hard to innovate in the world of banking. It is a place of opportunity and where individuals can still make a significant impact. All this while allowing you to have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Things sometimes take a while to happen due to the size of the company. Also as with all companies, there are the occassional hard to deal with characters, but on the whole, ING staff are generally pretty easy to deal with.
