It has friendly environment, and it's not too competitive. It is still a growing company. Willing to increase employee benefits and salaries.

Cons

Employee salary level is generally low. Promotion is not easy, promotion process is a black box. Change of management is too frequent.

27 days of holiday with holiday allowances. don't have to work for too long hours. quite flexible. Management has a great view for the strategy and the direction to go.

Cons

Becoming more and more Dutch. If you don't speak Dutch, it becomes difficult or at leave slow to move upward the career ladder.
