      Pros

      ING is an excellent place to work. I enjoyed working at ING because employees were optimistic and encouraging. Leadership was approachable and offered open door policy.

      Cons

      Focus on cross training employees. Employees performing knowledge sharing in a department can reduce month end overtime. Teamwork is valuable!

      Pros

      Good opportunity to work with people from all over the world Good compensation package People working there have very good competence level and HR does a great job ensuring the competence is kept alive by hiring a lot of young talents.

      Cons

      Huge difference in stress levels, depending on departments and roles. Tendency to fix the effect and not the cause. People care more about their job safety and less about finding solutions to common problems.
