- learning global work standards and best practices - having a chance to interact with international competent colleagues

- for insurance field, not a global company any more - APAC branches were influenced too much from the HQ in Netherland

Customer focused company, lots of interaction with staff and incentives in particular for the Contact Centre staff, they always have new ways of keeping staff focused and aiming for targets.

Cons

HR focused with performance reviews, my opinion is they go way overboard with the performance reviews and keep staff on a close watch. unrealistic targets are expected for all departments and as a result a high turnover of staff.
