- Colleagues are nice and helpful - With the right conditions, given the opportunities to develop and grow in new roles and skills - Benefits are good - Open door policy and relatively flat hierarchy, able to communicate direct with senior management.

Cons

- Compensation is on the low end, and gets worse with more years stayed in the company - Has been re-structuring and changing itself since 2008, and will need more time to stabilise the organisation - Too risk driven; do not have the right balance between risk and cost

Great atmosphere ( many interns, older employees are always nice) Flexible Hours ( easy to mix it with the university ) Many responsibilities ( the same responsibilties as full time employees )

Cons

No way to get hired on full time, the compensation could be better at least after some period of time, they are not looking for anyone for a longer period of time
