Pros

ING is focused on emerging and innovative technologies. It more a technology company than a financial institution. Employee loyalty is too high especially in Amsterdam.

Cons

In some areas ING exaggerates non-financial risk and in IT area you feel too restricted especially in IT area. I may seem as a contradiction with its innovation goals.

Overall it was above average as compared to other companies, there are good working culture and good work-life balances.

Cons

Low remuneration and benefits, career prospect not much. Opportunity very little. Inadequate support team to facilitate local business as well.
