      Pros

      I appreciated the multinational cooperation, which gave me a chance to be in touch with the global company decisions. Also the salary was quite motivational. And I got in ING good training, again multinational. I had a chance to talk to GM Alexis George quite offen, which was nice for to experience woman management.

      Cons

      I faced very bad team members relationships, mobing and high psychological pressure to achieve given targets. Also the office place was very bad in the way of zero privacy, no social place e.g. for eating.

      Pros

      The bank provides training. Customer base is divers, consisting of big local and multinational companies. Interesting projects are sometimes part of the bank's pipeline, which offers access to working on non-standard cases. .

      Cons

      The working environment is terrible. This is provoked mainly by the management. The intrigues are every day experience and one passes a big percent of the working time to protect his back, rather than concentrate on the job.
