No growth in Asia, no strategy/direction, cost-cutting to the max, dead wood (on the flip side, it's good for career longevity) in various depts

Most people at ING are extremely well educated and experienced. They have skill sets which they use to further the business.

Cons

There should be more input from mid- and upper- level management. Those managers should take more time to speak with their teams regarding process improvement.
