      ING Insurance is a good place to work with relatively relaxed working hours.

      Pros

      - relatively flat organization allowing to work on variety of topics - possibility to work closely to the business and engage tchem in the corporate projects - mostly flexible working hours, working days are not as long as in other countries and it is possible to work 4 days per week

      Cons

      - not much focus on interpersonal development - tendency to hire externals rather than invest in the development of internal stuff which flattens the culture - too many meetings - efficiency of communication could be improved - opportunities for promotion are limited and usully relate to the change of the position

      Flexible work arrangements, open communication, starting to see more women in IT leadership (VERY important), respect for opinions.

      Cons

      Can be heavy with politics at times. Territorial behaviors still exist.

      A company that gives enough opportunities to develop. A Top Employer in several countries, A Bank who has manage to survive to the crisis professionaly and who really cares for its customers!

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, complex, political, top heavy. Could do more to walk the talk.
