      Pros

      Near complete freedom for running your business, decent marketing support, wide selection of products to use for clients. Some unique products that make sales significantly easier.

      Cons

      Compliance is the business impediment department. Organisation is highly fragmented, and you might spend a long time trying to find the right support group to handle your problem. The ability to cross sale related services is severely hampered by internal divisions.

      During my 15 years in ING I have learned many things , in different departments and enjoy a challenging experience.

      In the last couple of years there were no real opportunities to promote.
