Processes are ridiculous Left hand never knows whats going on with the right hand Portrays a great image but behind closed doors, ING is a hot mess...like a 'mom & pop shop.'

Salary in certain cases could be the only reason for some one to work at ING Vysya Bank, nothing else.

Cons

Not a good place to work. Quality of work is very bad and monotonous. Always behind other banks with the product offerings.
