      Benefits are pretty good and the work is very challenging. This company has just separate from its parent company and there are a lot of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      There are a lot of "priority" projects which are "most Important" Very difficult to get direction on which one is the "fire drill of the day"

      It is an environment with plenty room to grow and with various possibilities. The people around you are very helpful and willing to share. It is quite an international environment.

      Sometimes navigating through the bureaucracy can be a challenge, but in time it is a skill that is learned. Promotions are directly impacted by the years of experience which can be improved.
