- Solid business model, really cares to service customer needs as well as keep a solid infrastructure and clean regulatory setup intact - Respectful and supportive culture to work in - Many benefits and development opportunities

Cons

- Juggling priorities is sometimes a challenge, both strategically and tactically - Regulatory concerns sometimes take too much focus - Interaction and relationship between local and global units make succesfull alignment difficult.
