Not a Real Data Scientist

Pros

Flexible working hours and 2 days home office (you can not use all 2 , it depends on your department.)

Cons

I joined as a Data Scientist but I did not do any relevant work in ING. Lots of operational work. Average age of workers is high. HR engagement to workers is pretty low, I did not see my hr business partner until I gave my letter of resignation.
