- The HQ is in a nice area - Company culture is at least declaratively open & honest - Yearly bonus and raises - Nice colleagues

- Mandatory (partial) Return to Office policy - Internal promotions are getting slowed down - Depending on the department, very top-down management style, despite a lot of talk of servant leadership, self-organization, employee empowerment and integrity; they WILL screw you over if it helps their career - Priorities change quickly
