      All that glitters is not Gold!

      Pros

      Better Pay and Rewards and good training. The Training program is good for starters and offers good round about through ING depts. You learn and then stay where you want. Good Salary (not great) and good training perks! Some of the fellow trainees are fun!

      Cons

      Boring place and lack of people with motivation! more than half of the people are there due to pay! go to a saturday night party and this will be the slogan! You select (so called) according to your consent, but actually you are just being offered back office Job (Structured thingies) if you dont know Dutch. Ops & IT is all chill :P though I am from Wholesale!

      4x9 job for everybody, salary, benefits.

      Cons

      Too political, too little "we are ING" too much "we, our small group, and no I don't lunch with some one else", too little women. Management says it's good to job rotate for job experience, but when you do managers their first quetion is: are you unhappy with your former job???

      too many layers of management, local and regional and duplication of managerial roles complicated work environment
