Pros

Okayish learning, but no other good reason to work here

Cons

stay away from Market risk area. The worst work culture. Employees have no work life balance as they are expected to work until late. Manager has habit of calling at odd hours and urgently requesting work to be done. No time to even have dinner. All that for an okay pay.

Pros

- big community and potential for network growth - work-life balance - benefits (transportation, relocation package, pension scheme) - individual development time (10%)

Cons

- not adaptable to the market (lower salaries than the IT market, obsolete technologies, very rigid in terms of changes) - limited internal engineers (mostly outsourced) - not enough focus on IT - restricted remote options from abroad
