somehow good benefits as compared to previous employer

Cons

toxic environment a lot of expectations in employees but not really bau most team leads or managers are useless a lot of admin tasks even if you are a junior low salary compared to the stress and workload hard and too much competive to get promoted bullying too much work politics overtime

Salary and hmo is good and competitive.

Cons

1. Politics! 2. Manager that does not know the process of the team. 3. You will not easily be coached, reprimand even if you commit the same errors in the process. 4. No work life balance. 5. 1 on 1 will never happen unless you ask for a schedule on your Manager, then sometimes.it will be cancelled.
