Pros

People are friendly, the environment is nice.

Cons

Employees are severely underpaid compared to the market. There isn't a lot of incentive for young people to stay. No formal training for analysts.

Pros

- Lovely staff, mostly all are very friendly and nice. - Great cafeteria - Free gym onsite - Flat hierarchy - I am always talked to on an equal footing with very senior members of the lending teams and given respect even as an analyst. - Excellent Directors and Managers in general - Brilliant work-life balance, I barely work later than 6pm everyday and I am encouraged to go home then, if not earlier.

Cons

- Less opportunity to advance based on merit. - Some individuals are bureaucratic nightmares, using petty power for no reason - Lack of communication from the head office in the Netherlands to the UK branch
