      Good benefits, colleagues, flexibility, no micro management

      Cons

      NL still forcing most strategic decisions. Constant organizational restructurations, leading to constant strategy shifts and role unclarity. Constant tech migrations, leading to loads of lost time. Inexistent people development process. Top down decision making, hear and obey. Super subjective non financial risk processes suffocating any proper innovation attempts. New performance evaluation process leading to ultra competitive and toxic environment. Mediocre middle management.

      It has very strict assessment, review, can underestimate your achivements, some managers don't appreciate your work. Very obsessed by security process.
